Hey there Tim, an 8ft pool table is okay however you'll need to use a 48 "shorty" cue for the ends of the table. A 7ft is a better alternative for your room and is still enjoyable and also challenging to play on. Hi with that said size room you can fit an 8ft pool table with no problems in any way. You will be able to use the standard size hint sticks. Hello Tony, unfortunately this area is also tiny also for a 7 foot pool table.
