Hello, I'm Tim Evans! A lifelong culinary fanatic, I’m enthusiastic about cooking and Discovering new flavors and textures. I like screening out all sorts of cookware - from regular Dutch ovens to modern day sizzling skillets - and experimenting with different components. Very little provides me a lot more pleasure than making a delicious food for my family and friends to get pleasure from.
