Hi, I'm Tim Evans! A lifelong culinary fanatic, I’m excited about cooking and exploring new flavors and textures. I like testing out a variety of cookware - from classic Dutch ovens to present day Scorching skillets - and experimenting with various ingredients. Practically nothing gives me additional pleasure than creating a delightful meal for my family and friends to appreciate.
